Rafael Videla Eissmann (Chile, 1979) is a historian who graduated from Universidad
Cat\xf3lica de Chile. He has developed numerous anthropological and ethno-
historical investigations on pre-Hispanic America, focusing his studies on
mythology and symbols.

Rafael is a member of the Berchtesgaden-based Privatinstitut f\xfcr
Welteislehre (\u201cPrivate Institute of Glacial Cosmogony\u201d), of \u0420\u041e\u0418\u041f\u0410 (\u201cRussian
Society for the Study of Atlantis\u201d) and of the Italian cultural association Akakor
Geographical Exploring.
