One of the most common questions that I get in my DMs is how to get out of a rut when you\u2019re feeling uninspired and burned out. My biggest piece of advice around that is to be intentional about seeking out inspiration and don\u2019t be afraid to try out a different lane.\xa0\n\nI always tune into music, watch a great comedian, or move my body in a way that gets me out of my same old routine.
