To make the classic gin martini, you'll need:\xa0

-2 1/2oz dry Gin
-1/2 oz dry vermouth
-1-2 dashes of orange bitters
-Lemon twist or olive for garnish

Directions:

1. Fill mixing glass with ice
2. Add gin, vermouth and bitters
3. Stir not shake for about 30 seconds until well chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass
4. Add desired garnish
