Easy Street:
3 cucumber slices
1.5 oz gin
.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz elderflower liqueur\xa0
Muddle all ingredients, add ice, shake, pour into rocks/collins glass, top with club soda, garnish with cuke wheel.\xa0
