Big outcry from the road safety campaigners about a Wetherspoons pub they are building at one of the motorway service stations\u2026I would doubt if it\u2019s any campaigners \u2013 more the rip off motorway services who charge extortionate prices for their second rate food\u2026bit of competition eh?...at last a bit of value on the motorways\u2026\u2026they come up with nonsense like \u201cIt will encourage drink driving\u201d\u2026what a load of twaddle\u2026.they also sell coffee as well as good value food\u2026..if drivers want to drink all they have to do is pull off the motorway and drive a few hundred yards.\nI wish these so called organisations would stop telling us what we can and can\u2019t do !!!!\n \nI would like to congratulate the TV channels for managing to have absolutely NOTHING worth watching last Tuesday\u2026that is unless you want to watch some overweight blobbys attempting to lose a bit of blubber\u2026no thanks\u2026\u2026.oh yes and Coronation Street which made the headline news with one of the characters dying\u2026real cheerful stuff\u2026and people think it\u2019s REAL\u2026..a sad situation all round.\n \nThey are still going on and on about this MP who wont apologise for something he has been found innocent of\u2026WE ARE NOT INTERESTED !!...get over yourselves ladies you are getting very boring\u2026.on a similar theme..they had a lady on the morning news who has created a \u201cCuddle Club\u201d\u2026whereby people who feel down can have a cuddle\u2026.sounds like a recipe for a few more court cases\u2026.I would urge blokes to steer clear of that one.\n \nThe Anelka offensive salute\u2026.is that what it was?....I doubt if 99% of the terraces would have picked up on that one\u2026including me\u2026..what would they make of Denis Law showing his bare bum to the Liverpool Kop in the old days?....oh I forgot\u2026they were the days when you could have a laugh\u2026how I miss those days\u2026.when you didn\u2019t live in fear of being taken to court by some holier than thou doogooder or some over sensitive female.\n \nSpeaking of laughs I was reading in the paper about Lee Mack\u2026who I rate as one of the best comedians\u2026.meeting Prince William who said \u201cYou need some new jokes\u201d\u2026to which Lee replied \u201cI don\u2019t tell you how to be a future king\u201d\u2026to which William replied \u201cI was only joking\u2026I really enjoy your sitcom\u201d\u2026\u2026OOOPS\u2026.but I love Lee Mack\u2026
