\u2026 it\u2019s all been happening this week\u2026.with the song I have sent you.I got a mail from 41 WMGT which is an American TV channel in Georgia asking if they could use my song and some of my YouTube clip for a news item on their channel. This came about after Liam Dutton did a weather forecast on the BBC and mentioned the village name faultlessly\u2026and went viral. ...I gave them my blessing and they sent me the finished job which is brilliant\u2026..since then I have had about 300 thousand hits on the YouTube clip \u2026taking the total to well over half a million\u2026.and I have been flooded with new subscribers to my channel. This song just will not go away\u2026.I always said it was timeless.\n\nI watched a programme about TV in the 70s\u2026.and how UNBELIEVABLE things were said back then\u2026.how RACIST and SEXIST everything was. I find it hard to believe how far we have come BACKWARDS\u2026..this was COMEDY and it was funny\u2026very little was intended to be offensive\u2026but of course someone is ALWAYS offended\u2026and it always seems to be women\u2026and I mean this in the nicest way\u2026..unlike back then you can\u2019t look at a womans cleveage\u2026(which is on full display over a low cut dress)\u2026without being a pervert\u2026or make a comment without being regarded as SEXIST\u2026.but it seems O.K. for \u201cLoose Women\u201d to say what they like on daytime TV\u2026.not to mention twerking all over the place leaving very little to the imagination on pop videos\u2026.and there\u2019s only one reason they do it\u2026. Women are wonderful but they are not blokes\u2026and it\u2019s as if we have to apologise for that\u2026.99.9% of ladies have no problem\u2026it\u2019s just the odd few. Daley Tompson recently came under fire for saying that the girl who lost in the javelin in the world championships \u201cthrew like a girl\u201d\u2026OH!! how dare he say that\u2026the fact that he added \u201cinstead of an athlete\u201d was totally overlooked\u2026.it\u2019s 2015 and I think you should get over yourselves girls and enjoy life\u2026.and perhaps leave the football and cricket to the blokes\u2026.oh sorry this is NOT the 70s\u2026can\u2019t say that.\n\nI watched Piers Morgan interview Lionel Richie about his life\u2026purely because I like Lionel Richie\u2026I don\u2019t know how Piers gets away with it\u2026if he\u2019s not asking unnecessary personal questions he is howling laughing at nothing\u2026maybe it\u2019s me but I\u2019d love to see someone punch him in the mouth\u2026OOPS can\u2019t say that\u2026this isn\u2019t the 70s. I do like Lionel Richie though\u2026.big talent and a nice guy.\n\nAnother strange thing is the bloke who wanders up and down the country naked\u2026known as the naked rambler\u2026.he has served a total of 10 years in jail over time\u2026.I just don\u2019t get this at all\u2026a mass murderer wouldn\u2019t get much more\u2026.it\u2019s as if he is giving away a great secret showing his parts\u2026if anyone doesn\u2019t know what they look like (and they are all the same) should go back to the planet they came from.\n\nI fail to see what harm he is doing and those holier than thou lot need to get a life\u2026.there is nothing more natural\u2026.10 years\u2026very strange\u2026.very sad\u2026.they will be putting trousers on dogs next. His jail time has also cost the taxpayer a million quid\u2026so we are told.\n\nThe politicians are STILL fiddling their expenses after all the publicity\u2026these are running the country\u2026it really is pathetic and we now have Labour getting a new leader\u2026.blaming everything for their dismal performance in the last election\u2026.the answer is simple\u2026Ed Miliband\u2026simple as that\u2026nice fella but zero charisma and a bit of a prat\u2026.politics is showbiz\u2026the sooner they realise that the better\u2026.and to round off\u2026I was watching Mathew Wright while I was away and he had a section of his show discussing the shortening of names\u2026I always shorten names because it is a friendly gesture but Mr. Wright insists on being called MATHEW and not MAT !!.......
