Richard James Mulcahy (1886\u20131971) was an Irish politician, Army General and Commander in Chief, leader of Fine Gael and Cabinet Minister. He fought in the 1916 Easter Rising and as Chief of Staff of the I.R.A during the War of Independence (Broadcast 1971)
