Lindsey is 39 years old and has been on Active Duty in the Missouri Army National Guard for over 20 years. She joined the military as a combat engineer when she was 18 and has worked her way up to the top of the enlisted ranks, earning the rank of Sergeant Major.\xa0 Lindsey grew up in St. Charles, MO and is the youngest of 3. She pursued her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri- Columbia after deployment to Iraq in 2004, and finished her graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Post University in 2012.\xa0

Lindsey shares her leadership strategies and how she overcame numerous obstacles and challenges in her demanding roles as a military recruiter.\xa0 She shares her strategies to maintain work/life balance, leadership strategies, and other great insights.\xa0
