In this episode, I have a conversation with Luge Hardman.\xa0 Luge has dedicated her life to public service.\xa0 She grew up in her dirt floor home in Arkansas and chased after her dreams of becoming a teacher.\xa0 She taught American History for 30 years before being elected mayor of Waynesville where she served x2, four year terms.\xa0 We discuss her ambition to serve and the challenges she faced leading a community during the flood of 2013.\xa0 She outlines her leadership principles and some of the habits that enable her success. She recently authored the book: \u201cSmall Town Mayor" which will be coming out soon.\xa0 \xa0I invited her as a guest as she is someone that I look up to and witnessed how her leadership made such a positive influence on my community.\xa0 She is inspiring and a role model for others to emulate.
