\xa0\U0001f392 What's Rucking? Rucking is more than just a walk; it's a journey with purpose. Originating from military training, it involves walking a set distance while carrying weight in a backpack. Today, we're putting a Fitmas twist on it!\xa0

Minimum 5K distance.\xa0

If your body weight is under 150 pounds, carry a 20-pound weight.\xa0

If your body weight is over 150 pounds, carry a 30-pound weight.\xa0
