Day 10 \u2013 Friday, December 22: 12 Days of Christmas Body Weight Workout- Strength Surge \xa0

  • Activity: Highlight a bodyweight strength training routine targeting major muscle groups.\xa0
  • Engagement: Encourage participants to perform the routine and share their favorite exercise from it. \xa0

On the 10th day of FITMAS, Do Hard Things gave to me: 12 Days of FITMAS Bodyweight Workout \xa0

\U0001f525 Bodyweight Workout Routine:\xa0

  1. \xa0Jumping Jack\xa0
  2. Push-ups\xa0
  3. Lunges (Each Side)\xa0
  4. 20 Flutter Kicks (Each Side)\xa0
  5. Burpees\xa0
  6. Mountain Climbers (Each Side)\xa0
  7. V-Up\xa0
  8. Air Squat\xa0
  9. High Knees\xa0
  10. Tricep Dip\xa0
  11. High Knee\xa0
  12. Plank - Hold as long as you can (at least 1 minute)\xa0

Like the 12 Days of Christmas song, complete each exercise in ascending order, working from 1 up to 12. Starting from 1 \u2013 do 1 jumping jack. \xa0 Then 1 jumping jack and two push ups.\xa0 Then one jumping jack, two push-ups and 3 lunges and so on, all the way to 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12.\xa0

\xa0*Make it Harder: Once you go from 1 through 12, go back down from 12 through 1. \xa0
