Like the 12 Days of Christmas song, complete each exercise in ascending order, working from 1 up to 12. Starting from 1 \u2013 do 1 jumping jack. \xa0 Then 1 jumping jack and two push ups.\xa0 Then one jumping jack, two push-ups and 3 lunges and so on, all the way to 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12.\xa0
