In gaming, Gamescom showcased a bunch of games. Among them were The Sims 4 Journey to Bakuu, Unknown 9: Awakening, and Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart. Sony is making moves toward PC and opened up a registration to try and get a pre-order. Yes, you heard that correctly. Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War gets complicated for next gen upgrades. We could see a new Nintendo Switch released in 2021. Microsoft denies rumors of Halo Infinite problems. Marvel\u2019s Avengers gets a battle pass announcement and people are not happy. Meanwhile, Fortnite also gets Marvel characters in their new season. Don\u2019t forget about those free games for September on Games with Gold and Playstation Plus.

In TV and movie news, Netflix announced the plot details for the Resident Evil series on Twitter. The CW is bringing the Power Puff Girls to life. The Nutty Professor will be getting a reboot. Altered Carbon has been canceled. Mulan may be free in December on Disney Plus. A handful of movies get delayed into the next couple years. The Haunted Mansion gets brought to life by Disney.
