What's On The Exam Table?

In tv and movie news, we have a bunch of new releases for streaming in November. Tomb Raider 2 got delayed from Covid-19 related issues, HBO brings in Clive Barker for a Hellraiser series. Netflix partners with Ubisoft to bring a live-action Assassin's Creed series to the service, among other content. We just hope it is worth the price raise. Sony might be buying Crunchyroll, but for what purpose? Moon Knight adds a director to the Disney Plus series. Patrick Wilson rejoins the Insidious sequel as a character and director.

In reviews, we watched a few episodes of Hitman, a Peacock "Original". We also saw Hoops, a Netflix adult animation series, as well as the new Greek mythology anime series, Blood of Zeus. It wouldn't be ending Halloween if we didn't throw in some spooky content so we also watch Truth Seekers on Amazon Prime. Lastly, we shook it up with Tremors Shrieker Island, the 7th instalment in the franchise.

In gaming news, November brings in more games with the gaming services. Bravely Default 2 and Apex Legends got delays on the Switch, while The Ascent gets delayed on Xbox, but Cyberpunk 2077 might be the biggest delay this week and it has some "fans" being psychopaths. Nintendo had a mini direct with the announcement of a Hyrule Warrior: Age of Calamity demo available. Switch is getting cloud gaming with Control and Hitman 3. Super Mario 3D All-Stars will have a small camera update. Star Wars Squadrons adds free Mandalorian content. Sony has an adaptor for VR on PS5 and news about the new controller features. Insomniac reveals a new villain for Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales, along with some pre-order suits. Fortnite adds Ghostbusters DLC to the store. Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War has big plans for Warzone, but not at launch. Finally, the Platestation 5 is no more. Apparently Sony didn't like the idea of somebody being more creative than them.
