The year was 1999, and a supernatural comedy series about a blonde-haired young adult with powers was on everybody's watch-list. But this isn't about the sadly never produced Buffy The Vampire Slayer animated spinoff (there's a test reel on Youtube, incidentally): Instead we're talking about the\xa0OTHER\xa0late 90s supernatural series\xa0Sabrina The Teenage Witch. But\xa0with ABC's money, Archie Comics' licence and Melissa Joan Hart's family ties did DiC actually succeed in putting\xa0out something half decent with this antic-filled teen comedy?
