By semi-popular demand I begin the story of my life from the point of view of Anxiety, Depression and almost terminal Nerdishness. For now I'm keeping it simple with minimal editing, mostly removing coughs, a few ums and ahs and shortening a few pauses. See if you can spot the three places I re-recorded a sentence and dropped it in. :)

Just for grins I added intro and outro music from the Anchor.fm library. Someday I'll worry about normalizing the audio levels, a music bed and possibly adding transitional stingers & sound effects, but for now I'm following the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid) philosophy.
