Eun Dan-O is a wealthy student at a prestigious high school with a heart disease. Her \u201cfianc\xe9\u201d Baek Kyung attends the same prestigious high school does not like her at all though she likes him. Eun Dan-O begins to have small moments of memory loss and glimpses into the near future. She soon discovers that she and everyone else in her world are actually characters in a comic book entitled Secret and to make matters worst, she is not even the main actress but an extra controlled by the writer\u2019s whim whose storyline ends with her death. Not satisfied with this fate, Dan-oh decides to forge her own destiny by changing the story's plot.
