This week's guest is wealth\xa0advisor Xavier Peoples. While his "9-to-5" is being Vice President of The Capital Group (one of the largest wealth management firms in the world), he is making waves as founder of HBCU Change, a new app designed to make giving to HBCU\u2019s easier. In this talk he speaks on the importance of HBCU\u2019s, his goal of generating $1 billion through the app and why Black people should be focused on self-sufficiency.
