I know that the restaurant might not be perfectly clean. I know that the waiter might not be very polite. I can "tolerate" that. I can LIVE WITH SOME "not-so-tasty" pie, I can live with some dirty spoons, I can live with some "busy waiters". BUT...burnt apple pie? NO WAY! Cockroaches in my soup? NO WAY!! Not saying THANK YOU when I leave a tip? NO WAY!!
