Judi Thomas is owner of the handmade sign and home decor company, Black Butterfly, which grossed over a million dollars last year. She grew up in Roswell, New Mexico in a family with a very fixed budget. This drove her to graduate high school at the age of 16 and earn a full scholarship to the University of Denver. She started her first corporate job at 17 and left college to pursue success in that world. Judi would spend more than a decade in corporate America before abruptly leaving for a more balanced life. After just a few short years, her store, Black Butterfly now has over 20,000 subscribers on YouTube and has been featured in Buzzfeed, U.S. Weekly, HGTV, Women\u2019s Day and The Real.
