Aric Lemon is an entrepreneur who is the first person to franchise an iCryo Cryotherapy facility.  He now owns 4 different locations, becoming the first person to achieve this feat.  Aric\u2019s passionate about helping people live their life to the fullest, in their healthiest possible state.  Aric and CT met in Albany, NY, when CT was a customer of his at iCryo.  As a professional football player, CT was looking for ways to speed up his recovery, and extend his professional career, and Cryotherapy did just that.

In this episode, Aric talks us through all the amazing benefits that people get at his facilities, from using cryotherapy, photobiomodulation (PBM), compression therapy, IV therapy and many more.  We\u2019ll hear about all the things you can add to your daily routine, to help you maximize your health and immune system!
