Coach Storm Woerner has taken the path less traveled.  In the beginning of the conversion, he opens up about the trials and tribulations that have molded him to become the hard working, inspiring, health and fitness guru that he is today.  As the owner of Xcel Performance in Jacksonville, Fla, his entire day is filled with helping his clients become the best versions of themselves possible, and because of that, his alarm goes off every morning at 2:28am.  He trains daily before 3am, and either picks up something super heavy, or lunges for MILES at a time.  His story is fascinating, his training is inspiring, and his passion is obvious.  We hope you enjoy the conversation, as much as we enjoyed having it!
