Coach Zach Dechant has been the director of Strength and Conditioning at TCU for 13 years, and he believes their culture is a huge reason for their success, as well as he and his staff\u2019s longevity.  In this episode, the coaches highlight the \u201cMovement Over Maxes\u201d book, and go into detail about what makes the book so special.  They also cover the 5 fundamentals of movement that Coach Dechant believes should be in every training program, including going into depth on the isometric lunge.  Coaches, athletes, and parents will all take a ton of information from this podcast.
