Tim Riley has taken the path less traveled to get to the place he’s at in his training career.  After recovering from addiction, Coach Riley has completely dedicated his life to performance, training, and helping humans move better.  He created the “Knee Pain Program” out of necessity.  After seeing so many people deal with knee issues, Coach developed a program to help individuals reverse their symptoms of jumper's knee, and shares details of his program with the “Cutoffs & Coffee” crew.  In this episode, we discuss the many different ways to fix knee pain, to not only help performance, but also help upgrade people’s lives.  Tim’s passion for training is felt within the first few minutes of the conversion, and is carried throughout the entire podcast.  There are tips that everyone can take from this convo, and start to use today in your training.
