This episode is a follow up to “Cutoffs and Coffee” Episode 1, where James and CT discussed what they believe athletes were missing, while training during quarantine. In this episode, entitled “What Now,” the two coaches look to give advice to athletes struggling to figure out what to do with the constantly changing sports schedule due to our current pandemic. They also give us their “why,” by giving us some insight on what gets them out of bed every morning. We hear inspirational success stories of clients, as well as find out the most simple things you can do TODAY to begin to level up your life!
