This\xa0is the third in a\xa0series titled "Customer Experience\xa0IS\xa0Team Member Experience."\nAs promised, this week we will look at how to best measure attitudinal and behavioral elements of employee engagement or EE.\nWhile many commercially available employee engagement metrics exist, I am a fan of the Gallup Q12.\nNext week, we\u2019ll look at employee engagement outcomes. For now, here are\xa0three\xa0challenge questions:\nDo you measure the engagement of your workforce?\xa0\nIf so, how are you using what you learn to craft action plans that decrease the "squatters and renters" while increasing the "owners?"\nIf\xa0you don\u2019t measure workplace engagement, when are you going to start?
