Jon and Mike talk to Josh and Ashley Lara about their journey and recovery through Covid-19. Josh's Covid progressed so far that he had to be put on a ventilator and later ECMO. The couple was going through all this while having two small children and a newborn! They explain many issues they experienced with the hospital. The couple's brother and sister-in-law both work in the medical field and were catching countless flaws in the hospitals work process and general patient care. The virus/patient neglect escalated to the point that Ashley received a call from the hospital stating that Josh would not survive the night, later asking her if she's ready to PULL THE PLUG!? Ashley of course denied pulling the plug and recommended making some adjustments to wean Josh off of the machines that were supporting him. Josh recovered a few days after the big question, leaving Ashley scratching her head as to what could have happened if she would have trusted the system. This is a beautiful yet disturbing story that we're happy to have the opportunity to share.   ********************************************************************************
