On the podcast Dave opens up about his failures and successes in fitness in both high school and college years and how is childhood dream was to open up a shoe store. Dave also discusses his previous career with New Balance, and gives his thoughts on the new craze in running - carbon based plate shoes. Dave is an expert in all things running and it was a pleasure to chat with him.
