This week in the news:

- EOS main block producer and creators of the blockchain, block one, have been fined $24 million for the $4 billion ICO of the token; deemed an unregistered security.

- Google announce that they have successfully completed tests on a quantum computer, cracking an encryption in 3 minutes that would usually take a super computer 10,000 years.
