Last week on Crime Weekly News we talked about Bianca's Law, a law passed in New York that criminalizes the posting of photographs of victims of a crime on the internet. Bianca Devins was only 17 when she was murdered by a man she met on Instagram who took photos of the scene and spread them online - photos that are still used to harass her friends and family to this day.
\nThis week, we are honored to sit down and speak with Kim Devins, Bianca's mother, about her efforts towards making this a federal law, as well as giving consumers the power to hold social media sites more accountable.
