b'Mother and daughter funeral home operators have been charged with using the business to sell human remains without the consent of families. Police say Megan Hess, 43, and Shirley Koch, 66, owned Sunset Mesa Funeral Home in Montrose, Colorado. The indictment states that human remains were harvested and sold for scientific, medical or educational purposes, without permission from families.
