b'Elizabeth \\u2018Liz\\u2019 Watkins and her 2-year-old daughter, Nicole, are found bludgeoned to death in their apartment in 1995. Clues have been hard to find in this case. The sliding glass door to the first-floor apartment was open. No prints are reported.
