HEAR IT: 911 Operator Berates Drowining Woman
b'Debbie Stevens is delivering morning newspapers when her S.U.V. is swept away by floodwaters. She calls 911 but the operator tells her, "This will teach you next time, don\\u2019t drive in the water." Emergency personnel arrive over half an hour later. Stevens drown.
