Serial killer Dennis Rader, also known as BTK, is serving a life sentence for 10 confessed murders, but his own writings have possibly connected him to more.\\xa0

In his journals, Rader made references to "projects," murders he fantasized about. One of those projects was abducting a woman from a laundromat. Teen Cynthia Dawn Kinney disappeared from her family-owned laundromat in 1979. \\xa0 Rader was allegedly spotted leaving the location with two women around the time the cheerleader vanished according to Osage County Sheriff Eddie Virden.

Virden recently led a search of Rader\'s former property in the area. Not all evidence recovered has been made public, however, Virden did share a pantyhose ligature found buried on the property.\\xa0\\xa0

The investigation now turns to proving a connection between Rader and murders resembling those logged in Rader\'s journals.\\xa0
