Resistance is generally used in a positive sense, and of course, can be a good thing. But it can also hold you back from getting yourself to where you want to be mentally.\xa0

Likewise, confrontation usually carries a negative sense.\xa0 We tend to want to avoid confrontation right?\xa0 But what if confronting our resistance is the best way to get better?
