This past week, former President Donald Trump was indicted on 34 counts of Campaign finance violations stemming from the 2016 Election. The Federal Statute of Limitations is 5 years. Laws have these statute of limitations in place, so that Prosecutors cant bring up charges of what happened 20 or more years ago against you. States are also passing Parental Rights bills, and protestors are saying that it violates the Constitution. In this episode, I go over why Donald Trump will probably be acquitted, under the Statute of Limitations, and how the average citizen, using the Constitution, can help win against a government that is only for themselves.
