The FAMILES FIRST PREVENTION SERVICES ACT WAS ENACTED IN 2018, with the goal of keeping families together. Indiana DCS received Federal Approval for their Prevention funding. On the surface, it looks like Chile Welfare Reform, but Indiana DCS appears to try to use the funding to remove more children. One part of the Families First Prevention Services Act, "Ensure the Necessity of a Placement That is Not In A Foster Family Home". In this episode, I go over some of that Act, as well as the MAN-IN-THE-HOUSE rule, which states that IF a man is in the home, whether or not the biological father, welfare payments will be stopped. The mothers, even to this day, are encouraged strongly, to leave and divorce the father or man. instead of welfare payments, it is CPS saying this.
