Listen to Dr. Allie in conversation with Abdulrahman Khansaheb, who is Managing Director of Khansaheb Industries, a subsidiary of Khansaheb, the United Arab Emirate\u2019s longest standing family-owned construction conglomerate as they speak on the importance of managing his workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic.\nAbdulrahman Abdulaziz Khansaheb as the Managing Director of Khansaheb Industries, a subsidiary of Khansaheb, the UAE\u2019s longest standing family-owned construction conglomerate, has held the position since 2016, and during this time has established Khansaheb Industries in UAE, secured the Spiralite global IP for Khansaheb, established a distribution network in GCC and international markets. He has also completed several real estate projects under Khansaheb Investment and established has taken Clemenceau Medical Centre from inception to opening.\nKhansaheb Industries has been created to recognise the UAE\u2019s evolution into a mature and thriving economy driven by knowledge, innovation, sustainability and world-class manufacturing. It is the exclusive manufacturer of Spiralite, the UAE\u2019s first environmentally friendly ductwork system.\nAbdulrahman is also a director in Khansaheb Investment, and a director in Clemenceau Medical Centre Dubai. Prior to these roles, Abdulrahman has held several operational positions across the group including a directorship in Khansaheb Civil Engineering.\nAbdulrahman holds a degree in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut with distinction and a Master of Science degree in Project and Enterprise Management from University College London.
