Lisa joins Self-Care Queen Sarah to have a conversation about how she lost over 5 stone without dieting. Lisa shares her own weight loss journey and we explore how messaging, trauma and emotions impact the way we eat and ways to change the relationship we have with food. We talk about the impact of disordered eating and how learning about healthy eating was the start of creating better habits and led to weight loss without restriction.

\nLisa resonates with people who have battled with dieting and weight loss all their life. Lisa was that person. By changing how she ate, Lisa lost 5 \xbd stone and has sustained this weight loss over many years. She doesn\u2019t believe successful weight loss comes from dieting and restriction or banning foods from your diet. It comes from adding food in, and changing your beliefs and behaviours around food. She is passionate about teaching these lifelong skills to others, to help them learn to love food and themselves again. Lisa is a nutritional therapist and master practitioner in eating disorders. She specialises in all aspects of disordered eating.
