Michael Tadross has played a leading role in the film industry for the past three decades. On this week\u2019s episode, the decorated producer shares his journey from kicking around as a Brooklyn kid looking for ways to hustle all the way to the success he\u2019s garnered today, and reflects on what those aspiring to the same might learn from his experience. 

What began with a gritty eleven years as an assistant on sets eventually led to contracts with the industry\u2019s largest production houses: Paramount Pictures, Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, M.G.M. and Warner Bros. His most recent film is the Warner Bros. \u2018Ocean\u2019s 8,\u2019 starring Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Rihanna, though his list of earlier films is nearly endless: \u2018Hitch\u2019 with Will Smith; Basic starring John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson, \u2018Indecent Proposal\u2019 with Robert Redford and Demi Moore; Brenda Starr, featuring Brook Shields; \u2018Sherlock Holmes\u2019 starring Rovert Downey Jr. and Jude Law; \u2018The Devil\u2019s Advocate\u2019 with Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves; \u2018Run All Night\u2019 with Liam Neeson. \u2018Die Hard: With A Vengeance\u2019 for 20th Century Fox starring Bruce Willis, Jeremy Irons and Samuel L. Jackson was the highest grossing worldwide film of 1995, and \u2018I Am Legend\u2019 starring Will Smith was one of the largest movies produced in New York City.
