BIO:

\n

I graduated from Antioch University with a Masters\u2019 Degree\nin Psychology and Counseling in 1989. I co-directed a sexual abuse treatment\nprogram called Parents United in Santa Fe, New Mexico until 1991 and then went\ninto private practice full time. I have been a psychotherapist treating\nchildren, families, couples, and individual adults for 34 years, and I have\nworked extensively with abuse and dysfunctional family dynamics, their\naftermath, and some of the most important elements for healing. I have\npublished two books, A Light in the Darkness and Into the Fire, and I have\nwritten a new book, soon to be published, \u201cAmerica in Therapy: A New Approach\nto Hope and Healing for a Nation in Crisis.\u201d I live with my husband in Taos, NM\nand I am retired, focusing on writing.
