We apply the term \u201cboundaries\u201d to relationships quite a bit, but do we really know what a healthy boundary actually is and how it looks like in relationships? Boundaries separate you from other people. It defines your own personal space and helps distinguish your unique identity from others. This concept is relatively easy to grasp when the other person is a casual acquaintance or a coworker. However, you may find that it\u2019s not as easy to define the closer you are to the person, especially if it\u2019s family.
