So says Tom Goodwin, head of innovation at Zenith Media and author of author of Digital Darwinism: Survival of the Fittest in the Age of Business Disruption.
The problem, Goodwin adds, is that too many companies are not sensing the newly possible, or making the tough choices that will set them up for future success.
