Warren worked in the health sector in a previous life - so he's taking us through some of the history of the NHS, it's achievements and challenges, its recent restructuring and under-funding by the Tory government, its relationship to the wider healthcare and public sector landscape, how it needs to change and why. TL;DR - we need more funds for capital & transformation, primary & social care, and preventative interventions. We can fund this with a relatively small rise in taxes.
