This results in the character and nature of Christ being seen in the life of the believer through attitudes and actions. Christians that are devoted to remaining in Christ will produce much fruit in their life that honors God. The only way to have these attitudes and actions come alive in you is to have Christ living inside of you. Over time, the implanted seed of God’s word and character will grow and produce the kind of life and fruit listed in Galatians 5:22-23. Every Spirit-filled believer should anticipate and expect the Fruit of the Spirit to be a natural byproduct of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
