If you do any work that you say is of God. But you attempt to do it with out the power of the Holy Spirit. You will be frustrated and stressed out, because you are doing it in your own power. The frustration comes when we are not placing faith in Him to accomplish any particular work.

Jesus said one day \u201cCome to me,\xa0all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.\xa0Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,\xa0for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.\xa0For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.\u201d

So why are you stressed out if he told you that His yoke is easy, and His burden is light?

It\u2019s because you are not allowing the Holy Spirit to do the work. You think that you are so smart, or so holy that you can do it.

I would caution you not to do it, but instead cast your cares upon him, because he cares for you.
