We need the Holy Spirit in order to be affective witnesses for the Lord Jesus.

I believe that all believers are baptized with the Holy Spirit.

But I do believe that it is possible for the Holy Spirit to come on a group for a particular work like it did for the Apostles.

I don\u2019t believe that this is the norm but who am I to say what God can and can not do.
