No one can hide their thoughts or intentions from Jehovah, because \u201ceverything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.\u201d (Hebrews 4:13) We must ask God to search our hearts and take away everything that is not like Him. We must become like Paul when he declares he is the \u201cprisoner of Jesus Christ.\u201d (Ephesians 3) Prisoners can not carry on as if they are free. You need permission from the authority or guards who have locked you up or locked you in. If you want to lead a spirit filled life you must become a prisoner of Jesus Christ and ask for his permission before you make plans. Your body does not belong to you any longer, \u201cnow if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:\u201d (Romans 6:8)
