The Primal Brain with Jenni Aguilar

Published: April 23, 2018, 10 a.m.

Jenni Aguilar didn't set out to be an expert on the brain but a series of life events coupled with an authentic "Mama Bear" approach to her children provided medium for a personal and professional pursuit to understanding this wonderful organ of the body.\xa0 Her natural and disciplined approach to learning and teaching make the conversation fluid, enjoyable and easy to understand...like having a loving and caring Mother talk to you about things you didn't know.\xa0 \xa0

Jenni is also the co-host of The Primal Brain Podcast\xa0with Rio Richards!\xa0 This podcast dives into all things "Brain" and gives the listeners easy, digestible nuggets of information and experiences they can easily understand and apply to their lives.\xa0 We are huge fans and highly recommend it!

Love in action is listening to understand, not to react.
