This episode is about suicide, how it directly impacted the life of my friend Caroline Ferguson and how she's fighting back against it with not just her heart but with her business Grateful & Co.. We need to do all we can to shed light on this subject and I cannot thank my friend enough for her courage to have a conversation. To all who are suffering and continue to struggle as well as those, like Caroline, who have been impacted by suicide we love you and stand next to you.

This is the first of what I hope will be more discussions on this subject. You are not alone. People care and we can all do something, anything, to help all who are impacted by this.
