This episode terminology:

Hypo- Low.   Na - Sodium .  Emia - presence in blood.
Hyponatremia: Low sodium presence in blood

Pseudo-False.  Hypo- Low.   Na - Sodium .  Emia - presence in blood.
Pseudohyponatremia: False low sodium presence in blood.
--Often happens when sodium is artificially driven from the extra-cellular space into the intracellular  space.
----Extra-Outside.  Cellular-pertaining  to cells:  Extracellular : Outside the cell
----Intra-Inside.  Cellular-pertaining to cells:  Intracellular: Inside the cell
